Roza Kya Hai?
Roza, jise Arabic mein “Sawm” kehte hain, ka arth hai “parhez karna”. Islam mein, Roza ek aisi ibadat hai jisme Musalman subah se shaam tak khane, peene aur kuch anya sharirik kriyaon se parhez karte hain. Ye sirf sharirik nahi, balki aadhyatmik shuddhi ka bhi madhyam hai.
Roza ka Literal aur Aadhyatmik Arth
“Roza” ka arth hai kisi cheez se parhez karna. Islam mein iska matlab hai Allah ke liye khud ko niyantrit karna, buraiyon se door rehna aur apne nafs par kabu paana.
Islamic Parampara mein Roza
Roza, Islam ke paanch pillars mein se ek hai. Quran mein Surah Al-Baqarah (2:183) mein likha hai:
“Aey imaan walon! Tum par Roza farz kiya gaya hai jaise tumse pehle logon par kiya gaya tha, taaki tum taqwa hasil karo.”

Roza ka Itihaas aur Pichhla Prishtabhumi
Roza ka ullekh Quran aur Hadith dono mein milta hai. Ye kewal Islam tak simit nahi, balki anya dharmon jaise Christianity, Judaism mein bhi fasting ka prachalan hai.
Quran aur Hadith mein Roza
Quran mein Roza ke baare mein kai jagah zikr hai. Nabi Muhammad (SAW) ne bhi Roza ke mahatva ko bataya hai:
“Jo vyakti imaan aur sawab ki ummeed ke saath Ramadan ke Roze rakhta hai, uske pichhle sabhi gunaah maaf kar diye jaate hain.” (Bukhari)
Roza Rakhne ke Niyam aur Shartein
Roza rakhne ke kuch niyam aur shartein hoti hain jo har Musalman ko pata honi chahiye.
Kaun Roza Rakhe aur Kaun Chhoot Paaye
Roza rakhna balig Musalmanon par farz hai. Lekin kuch logon ko chhoot di gayi hai:
- Bacche jo balig nahi hue hain
- Buzurg jo kamzor hain
- Garbhavati ya stanpan karane wali mahilayein
- Musafir
- Beemar vyakti
Roza Todne Wali Cheezein
Roza todne wali kuch mukhya cheezein hain:
- Jaankar khana ya peena
- Jaankar vomiting
- Sharirik sambandh
Lekin agar koi bhool se kuch kha le ya pee le, to Roza nahi tootta.
Roza ke Dauran Rozana ki Routine
Roza ke dauran ek Musalman ki dincharya kuch is prakar hoti hai:
Suhoor (Subah ka Bhojan)
Suhoor subah Fajr se pehle liya jaata hai. Ye din bhar ki urja ke liye mahatvapurna hota hai.
Iftar (Roza Kholna)
Maghrib ke waqt Roza khola jaata hai, aam taur par khajoor aur paani se. Iske baad poora bhojan kiya jaata hai.
Namaz aur Quran Paath
Roza ke dauran paanch waqt ki namaz padhi jaati hai aur Quran ka paath kiya jaata hai. Ramadan mein Taraweeh ki namaz bhi padhi jaati hai.

Roza sirf sharirik nahi, balki aadhyatmik labh bhi deta hai.
Taqwa mein Vriddhi
Roza se vyakti mein taqwa, yaani Allah ka dar aur uski yaad, badhti hai.

Roza se vyakti apne aap ko buraiyon se door rakhta hai, jo atma ki shuddhi mein madad karta hai.

Aadhunik vigyan bhi Roza ke swasthya labhon ko maanta hai.

Roza se sharir mein jama charbi ka upyog hota hai, jo wajan ghatane mein madad karta hai.

Roza se insulin sensitivity badhti hai, jo diabetes ke patients ke liye labhdayak hai.

Roza se immune system majboot hota hai, kyunki sharir purani cells ko nash kar nayi cells banata hai.

Roza sirf ek din bhar ka parhez nahi, balki ek aadhyatmik safar hai jo har Musalman ko apne andar jhaankne ka mauka deta hai. Ye ek aisi ibadat hai jo hume:
- Apne nafs (desires) par niyantran sikhati hai,
- Allah ke saath apna rishhta mazboot banati hai,
- Aur garib aur zaruratmand logon ke prati samvedansheel banati hai.
Ramadan ke baad bhi, Roza ke jazbaat ko apni zindagi mein banaye rakhna chahiye. Chahe wo:
